[ARCHIVED] Town of Fountain Hills to Follow Governor Ducey’s COVID-19 Recommendations

Governor Doug Ducey announced today several updates to the State’s COVID-19 measures affecting local events, businesses and ordinances.


“While the positive numbers and trends are welcome,” said Mayor Ginny Dickey, “I agree with the Governor that there is still a state-of-emergency and echo his recommendation to continue acting responsibly by taking actions under the guidance of the CDC, ADHS and others.”  


In light of the Governor’s Executive Order (eo_2021-06.pdf (azgovernor.gov) the Town of Fountain Hills is preparing to make appropriate changes to its policies and operations in order to align with the new guidelines.


More information will be forthcoming as logistics are determined for facility and staffing needs to conform to the latest Executive Order from Governor Ducey.
