Fountain Hills, AZ (June 3rd, 2025) – The Town of Fountain Hills is proud to announce the launch of Misty, a new, fully integrated AI web chat assistant designed to enhance customer service and streamline communication between residents and town staff.
Developed in partnership with Citibot, a national leader in AI-powered solutions for local government, Misty is available 24/7 on the town’s website to help residents obtain fast answers, submit service requests, and connect with the appropriate department.
Powered by cutting-edge generative AI and capable of communicating in more than 70 languages, Misty is built to serve Fountain Hills’ dynamic community. Whether it’s finding information on code enforcement, building permits, or reaching a specific department, Misty delivers quick and accurate support any time of day.
“We hope this dramatically improves the user experience for residents who are looking to obtain information on Town services, events, meetings and procedures on a daily basis,” said Town Manager Rachael Goodwin.
Residents can start chatting with Misty by visiting www.fountainhillsaz.gov and clicking the chat icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. Misty greets users instantly and guides them through their inquiry.
