Get ready for stars, stripes, and serious sparkle as Fountain Hills hosts its iconic Fourth at the Fountain celebration on Friday, July 4th, 2025, at Fountain Park. Starting at 7:00 PM, this family-friendly (and FREE!) event will offer music, food, fun, and one of the Valley’s most impressive fireworks displays, set against the backdrop of the World-Famous Fountain.
“There is no better place to celebrate the 4th than in Fountain Hills,” said Mayor Gerry Friedel. “We hope people from across the Valley come experience the magic of our massive firework show, set over the tallest fountain in the United States. It is a celebration you will never forget!”
Live music by Rock Lobster kicks off at 7:30pm. Food vendors will serve everything from frozen lemonade and Italian ice to full dinner options. As the sun dips behind the McDowell Mountains, the night will peak at 9:00pm with an exceptional fireworks show reflected in the water of Fountain Lake.
Additionally, limited-edition event T-shirts and glow accessories are available for purchase.
“Fourth at the Fountain is one of our signature events,” said Recreation Manager Ryan Preston. “It’s all about community, patriotism, and creating lasting memories. We can’t wait to see everyone come together to celebrate in Fountain Hills!”
Those who attend can bring chairs or blankets, along with lawn games. Visitors are not able to bring their own alcohol or personal fireworks. Public parking will be available throughout downtown, including at Town Hall and the Community Center.
