[ARCHIVED] Road Closures on Thanksgiving for Turkey Trot, Parade

Happy Thanksgiving week!

The Town of Fountain Hills is excited for the Thanksgiving festivities throughout the Downtown Corridor. That includes the Turkey Trot 5k Run & Fitness Walk, which has a record attendance this year of 2,800 participants. The parade begins after the Trot ends, at 9:30am.

Please be advised that on Thursday, November 28, 2024, from 5:00 AM to 12:00 PM, the following roads will be closed for the Turkey Trot and Thanksgiving Day Parade:

Northbound and Southbound Saguaro: El Lago to Palisades
Northbound and Southbound Verde River: Avenue of the Fountains to Palisades
Eastbound and Westbound Avenue of the Fountains: La Montana to Saguaro
Eastbound and Westbound Parkview: La Montana to Saguaro
