Exercise & Health Programs

Community Center Membership is required.

For exercise program, participants must bring their own hand weights, stretch band, mat, and water.

Geri-Fit

The February 2017 issue of Clinical Interventions in Aging reported adults age 65+ that participated in the Geri-Fit® program showed an 80.8% improvement in balance over a 90-day period.

DVDs are utilized for these exercise classes.

Phenomenal Abs

     Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8:30-9:00 a.m.

Strength Training for Fall Prevention

Monday: 9:00-10:00 a.m.


Aerobic Chair Exercise

Monday: 5:00-6:00 p.m.; Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00-8:30 a.m.; Friday: 9:00-10:00 a.m.


Peer Led Exercise
