Upcoming Pavement Projects

Upcoming projects will be posted once dates and locations have been announced.

Phase 1 Project Schedule November 27 - December 20, 2023:

The Town of Fountain Hills Streets Department will begin the reconstruction of several streets in town after Thanksgiving. Though the road rebuilding will cause traffic disruption in the neighborhoods, it will only be temporary.

The residents most impacted by this work have received notifications from M.R. Tanner describing the project timelines and contact numbers for any issues.

The first phase of work for street reconstruction begins after Thanksgiving, 11/27/23 till 12/20/23. As shown on the map, crews are rebuilding Kiwanis Dr. from Saguaro to El Lago and Enterprise Dr. and Colony Dr. Though driveways may be closed from the street, business access is available from side streets or alleyways. Again, this is a temporary inconvenience.

    Monday -Friday, from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.

During the reconstruction of roads, businesses remain open with access through alleyways. The map below shows the roads that are closed in red, and the alley ways shown in gradient pink. To access businesses not directly on Saguaro Blvd, enter on Panorama Drive to the alleys. Signage will help you navigate this district during construction.
