Welcome to the Fountain Hills E.Y.E.S. program!
Program Overview
Fountain Hills is proud to launch the E.Y.E.S. Program (Enhancing Your Everyday Security), a voluntary initiative designed to give the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) another tool to help keep our community safe. Through this program, residents may choose to register the presence of security cameras on their property, allowing deputies to quickly identify potential video resources if a crime occurs nearby.
Participation in the E.Y.E.S. Program is entirely optional. This is not a monitoring system. MCSO does not have access to live feeds, recordings, or private property. The program simply provides general location information indicating that a camera may be available, should a resident be willing to assist during an investigation.
How It Works
If you choose to participate, you may complete the E.Y.E.S. registration form and submit it directly to MCSO. Registering does not obligate you to share footage, grant access to your system, or respond to any request. Any decision to assist law enforcement remains fully in your control.
Fountain Hills is already among the safest communities in Arizona, and programs like E.Y.E.S. help us stay that way. By giving law enforcement the ability to quickly identify potential sources of information during an investigation, we strengthen partnerships between residents and deputies while respecting privacy and personal choice.
Participation is completely up to you. If you would like to take part, click the form below and return it to MCSO. All data shared is kept entirely with MCSO, and Town staff do not have any access to the information. An enhanced submission portal should be available in the coming weeks.
