The Fountain Hills Mayor's Youth Council and Recreation Department want to hear from YOU! Your feedback is important to us, and it will help us create more exciting events and activities for teens living and visiting Fountain Hills.

What is the Teen Survey?

The Fountain Hills Teen Survey is a chance for you to share your thoughts and ideas about what you like to do in your free time, what kind of events you'd like to see in town, and how we can make Fountain Hills an even better place for teens.

Why should you participate?

Your voice matters! By taking the survey, you'll have a direct say in shaping the future of Fountain Hills for teens. The survey is completely anonymous, so you can be honest about your opinions.

How can you participate?

The survey is open to all teens in and around Fountain Hills. CLICK HERE to take the quick survey online at. The survey will be open until the end of the day on April 1st.
