Leadership and Team Building

One of our objectives in MYC is to help Teenagers grow into tomorrow's leaders. One of the ways we do this is by encouraging leadership roles, presenting challenges and teamwork opportunities, and by developing skills such as public speaking. 

As a part of MYC we attend the League of Arizona Cities and Town's Conference bi-annually. We also tour the State Capitol to see how our legislative process works at the state level.
