Food Vendors

If you want to be considered as a food vendor for a Signature Event, please complete the online vendor interest application.  You will be contacted at a later date regarding your acceptance.

To complete the form, you will need to know:

• Maricopa County FD of MF Permit # (Maricopa County)
• Fountain Hills Business License # (if you do not have a license, you can get one HERE). This is not required until you are confirmed for an event. 
• A photo of your set-up and your storefront footprint.
