Overview

The Town of Fountain Hills Board of Adjustment is made up of 5 members that are appointed by the mayor, subject to council approval, for 2-year terms. The board members' authority is found in State Law, Town Code and Zoning Ordinance.

To be a member of the Town of Fountain Hills Board of Adjustment, the applicant should have experience or knowledge in 1 or more of the following fields below:

  • Communications and public relations
  • Economics
  • Environmental engineering
  • Geography
  • Geology
  • Hydrology
  • Land development
