Assist adults aged 50 and older who are victims of elder abuse and violence

  • Emergency Order of Protection - AZPoint Protective Orders - https://azpoint.azcourts.gov/  If you are in immediate danger, call 911.
    Orders of Protection can be issued by any Court in Arizona. If the Court has closed for business, Emergency Orders of Protection are granted by a judge in writing, verbally or telephonically to protect a person who is in imminent danger of domestic violence. Emergency Orders of Protection are available from local law enforcement agencies.
