TOPPS is the Town of Fountain Hills online system for processing building applications. Through this system you can file an application, receive updates on the status of the review of the application, receive notification of application approval, and schedule inspections. The following links provide helpful information to get you started using the Permits portion of the system for filing applications that will result in a construction activity. For information on Zoning/Subdivision applications, go to the Planning and Zoning webpage.
How to Creating an Account on TOPPS
1. Go to www.fountainhillsaz.gov/TOPPS
2. Click on the Login button in the upper right corner
3. Click on Register Now
4. Select the appropriate Registration Type and complete the required fields
5. Click Submit
How to use TOPPS instruction guide
This document will provide you step-by-step instructions in using TOPPS for your application and uploading documents.
Inspection will be conducted from 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Building Safety office hours for plan review, phone calls, front counter assistance and building code questions will be accommodated between 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
Scheduling Inspections
All applicants who have created an account and had a permit issued through the TOPPS (Town’s Online Permitting and Planning System), or have and an existing permit transferred to the new system, must schedule inspections using TOPPS.
